Common Name(s): Peg/ppg-32/3 copolymer,poloxamer-type peg/ppg-32/3,peo/ppo block copolymer

DESCRIPTION

What It Does: Helps oil and water blend and can dissolve oily ingredients into clear water-based products.

Why It's Used: Highly peg-dominant (32:3 peo:ppo ratio) gives very high hlb (~15โ€“16); suitable for oil solubilization and clear o/w emulsification.

How It Works: Peo block (32 eo) strongly dominates; minimal ppo (3 po) anchors the hydrophobe; overall very hydrophilic block copolymer with hlb ~15-16.

Typically Found In: Clear formulations, oil solubilizers, emulsion systems, fragrance solubilization
