DESCRIPTION
What It Does: Perfluoromethylcyclohexane creates an ultra-hydrophobic and oleophobic surface on skin or hair when used in surface treatment formulations (repelling both water and oils), delivers dissolved oxygen to the skin surface at concentrations far exceeding water-based vehicles when used as an oโ-saturated emulsion component, and provides extremely low-friction, light-reflecting surface treatment from the near-zero surface energy of the fluorinated surface.
