Commission rates are based on your ambassador rank:

• Bronze (1-99 referrals): 20% on all subscriptions
• Silver (100-499 referrals): 30% on direct referrals + 5% on 2nd level
• Gold (500+ referrals): 40% on direct referrals + 10% on 2nd level

When you rank up, the new rate applies retroactively to ALL your existing referrals immediately.

Payments are processed on the 15th day of the following month. The minimum payout threshold is $25 USD. If your earnings are below this amount, they will roll over to the next month until the minimum is reached.

Haircare features specifically offer a 7-day free trial. During this period, your referral has full access without being charged. You'll earn commission starting when they convert to a paid subscription after the trial ends.

Historical data shows an 89% conversion rate from trial to paid subscription. Other categories (skincare, bodycare, cosmetics, supplements) have no trial period and earn commission immediately.

If a subscriber cancels, your commission for that subscriber stops in the month they cancel. However, you keep all earnings you've already received—there's no retroactive clawback. The subscriber still counts toward your total referral count for rank progression.

Silver and Gold ambassadors earn bonus commissions on referrals made by their direct referrals (your network's network). For example:

• You refer Sarah (you earn 30% of Sarah's subscription)
• Sarah refers Mike (you earn an additional 5% of Mike's subscription as a Silver ambassador)

You basically get to double dip. If your referral gets a referral, you also get paid.

Mosaique uses purchasing power parity to make subscriptions affordable worldwide. Your commission percentage stays the same (20%, 30%, or 40%), but the dollar amount varies based on regional pricing:

• USA/Singapore: $25 Premium → 30% = $7.50
• Philippines: $12 Premium → 30% = $3.60

Your commission is always calculated as a percentage of what the subscriber actually pays in their region.

No! Ranks are permanent once achieved. Once you reach Silver or Gold status, you maintain that rank and commission rate forever, even if some referrals cancel. Your total referral count never decreases—it only grows.

No! There is absolutely no cap on your earnings. The more active subscribers you have, the more you earn each month.
